Tracy Troiano-Adams E.A
Tracy Troiano-Adams E.A is co-owner of Troiano & Associates which serves the tax and accounting needs of individuals, businesses, corporations, and non-profits. Although not practicing at this time, she also was previously licensed by the FINRA (series 6, 7, & 63) to offer securities through Purshe,
Sterling and Kaplan.
Tracy has been an owner of Troiano and Associates since 1998, however has been preparing returns and providing tax and financial advice for over 15 years.
Tracy was born and raised in
Sanford,
ME and currently makes her home there. She graduated from Sanford High School and after attending Quinnipiac University came home to graduate from University of Southern Maine majoring in Business Administration and Accounting.
Tracy is married to her high school sweetheart Jody and together they are raising their two beautiful children, Courtney and Jordan. She enjoys traveling with her family, gardening, reading and watching her family grow up.
Tracy prides herself in the relationships she builds around her, both with her family and friends as well as with her clients. This is evident when you enter her office and see the desk and walls that are covered with photos and memories.
Today, the values
Tracy learned growing up distinguish everything she does. She is active in the community, teaching and speaking at seminars and classes.
Tracy serves on the general and executive boards for the non-profit organization Sanford Downtown Legacy hoping to help achieve the dream of a brighter more successful
Sanford. She is an active member of the NATP, the Maine Association of Professional Accountants, and serves as Treasurer for the Literacy Volunteers of Greater Sanford.

Ayn Hanselmann, CPA
Ayn joined Troiano & Associates in 2006 as co-owner of the firm. She has over 12 years experience in providing accounting, tax, and management consulting services to a wide range of businesses and their owners. Ayn has worked with businesses in the construction, restaurant, retail, lodging, and rafting industries. She has an extensive background in assisting business with all aspects of QuickBooks and various other operational solutions such as accounting systems, accounting policies, payroll processing, sales tax reporting, business registration, and entity selection.
Ayn grew up in the Sanford-Springvale area. She graduated from
Sanford
High School and
University of
Maine at Orono. After graduation Ayn moved to the west making her home in
Salida,
Colorado for 10 years where she met and married her husband Jeff and started her own private accounting practice, Reinhart & Hanselmann, LLC. As with all Mainers at heart, Ayn felt the need to "come home" to raise her family. She currently resides in the home that her grandparents built in
Springvale,
Maine where she and her husband Jeff are raising their 3 young children; Stephen, Elaina, and Caitlin.
Her hobbies include backpacking, hiking, running, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Gigi DelSignore
Gigi joined the Troiano & Associates team in January 2002 as the Office Manager. Gigi is the first person to greet our clients when they phone in, or come into the office. Being the initial point of contact for clients, she is responsible for scheduling appointments, client communication, training & office administration.
Gigi was born and raised in
Northern California in a family of seven. She moved to
Maine nine years ago with her husband John, and currently resides in Wells.
Gigi’s professional background is from the high tech industry, where she worked in corporate sales and management. Gigi is a people person, and her experience of working with a variety of clientele, and her love of embracing new challenges, has made for a pleasant transition into the tax and accounting field.
Gigi enjoys the balance of work and family in
Maine. Growing up in the city, she has come to enjoy the benefits of living in
Maine. She enjoys kayaking and hiking with her family. Gigi also enjoys cooking, photography, and music. Notably, Gigi is a huge sports fan. So if you want to chat about last night’s game, she’s your girl!

Marcia Garneau
Marcia joined the Troiano & Associates team in 1991 as a Staff Bookkeeper, when Tony Troiano was the managing partner. Marcia is our payroll and sales tax specialist, and works with our full service bookkeeping clients.
Marcia was born and raised in
Sanford,
Maine. After marrying her high school sweetheart Patrick, she raised two children, Jason and Erica.
Marcia received her Accounting degree from the
University of
Southern Maine, and continues to expand her horizons by taking a variety of classes.
Marcia enjoys quilting and line dancing. When Marcia is not in the office you can find her spending quality time with her grandchildren.

Gayle Small
Gayle joined the Troiano & Associates team in November 2005 as a Staff Bookkeeper. Gayle is our chief QuickBooks consultant. She works with many of our business clients, and provides anything from comprehensive bookkeeping services to simple QuickBooks assistance.
Gayle was born and raised in Cornish,
Maine. After marrying her husband
Clyde, she raised three children, Clyde Jr., Merlin, and Wilson.
After attending
Sacopee
Valley
High School, she pursued and obtained her Accounting degree from
Andover
College.
Gayle is an active member of the NATP, and is currently working towards her CPA license.
When Gayle is not in the office, you can often find her helping her husband on their cattle farm. She also enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with her four grandchildren.

Jennifer Heller
Jenn joined the Troiano & Associates team in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant. Jenn is responsible for managing our environmentally conscious paperless filing system.
Jenn was born and raised in
Indiana but moved to
Maine five years ago where she resides in
Kennebunkport with her family Tony, Evan and Sophie.
Jenn obtained a degree in Education from
Indiana
University, and after college moved to
California where she worked at an academic outreach program at the
University of
California.
Jenn is a member of the Animal Welfare Society,
Museum of
Fine Arts in
Boston, and is a certified teacher for the state of
Maine. In her free time, Jenn enjoys painting, photography, and skiing.
